Return and Refund Policy
We want to make returning a Touchè order as simple as possible, so we’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery – provided the items are unused/unopened and in the original packaging.
Need to return an item?
Please email your request to customercare@touchebytpl.com or contact us by filling in the contact form on our website. Please include your Order Number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Touche Skincare Refunds
Once we have received your parcel, and allowing for the extra health and safety measures in our warehouse, we will contact you to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund or exchange has been processed.
Please allow 10–14 working days for your return to be processed and for our customer care team to issue a refund notification.
All refunds will be processed back onto the original payment card used for the purchase.

We cannot refund any postal charges you incur for delivery or return unless we sent the wrong item, or your order arrived faulty or damaged.
We also cannot refund any Tax, Customs, or Duties charges incurred at the time of delivery.
Customers will not receive any refunds for services purchased or any non-physical items.
Strict Payment & Klarna Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products or services once purchased.
Klarna payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
For payments made via UK debit or credit card, a refund may be requested within 72 hours of the original booking date. No refunds will be granted after this period.
